Moving to the Los Angeles area can be very exciting but at times expensive. The downtown part of Los Angeles is not an easy area to find an affordable apartment. It may take some time but eventually you will find something within your price range. There are many apartments communities in Los Angeles. People that are moving to Los Angeles like to find something in the downtown area close to their work. Some of the apartment communities that you may find are Virgil Square located near I-10. There are restaurants, shopping and plenty of entertainment that is accessible to this apartment community. This apartment community offers friendly flexible lease options and nice studio apartments for just over one thousand dollars a month. If you choose a one bedroom apartment at Virgil Square, it will cost you more.

Another apartment community that you will want to keep in mind when moving to Los Angeles is Hampshire Place. The studio apartments start at about one thousand two hundred a month and go up from these if you choose to have a one bedroom apartment. This apartment community offers a sauna, fitness center, pool and spa. It is close to the downtown area where everything is convenient. Getting on the freeway is an easy process when you live at Hampshire Place because of its location. Another nice apartment community is the Chadwick apartments, which offers studio apartments for eleven hundred dollars a month. One bedrooms can run you a couple hundred more each month. It is also close to the downtown area and near freeways. This apartment community offers a picnic area, spa, sauna, pool, and a recreation room. You will also find a great fitness center and clubhouse at this apartment community.

One more apartment community is the Pegasus apartments that are located right in the heart of Los Angeles in the downtown area. A studio apartment will run you about twelve hundred a month. A one bedroom will be a couple hundred dollars more in cost. It offers a fitness center, playground for the kids and a pool. You will have plenty storage space at this apartment community and easy access to the business center and laundry facilities. If you are considering moving to Los Angeles, you will have these apartment communities and many more to choose from.
