Trip to Los Angeles

While on a Los Angeles holiday, there is never a shortage of places to visit. It is full of many exciting things to watch out for. The tall skyscrapers or the glitz of Hollywood, LA has it all.

There is a feast for art lovers in LA. A regular downtown art walk is held every second Thursday of the month and is itself a self-guided tour of various art exhibitions in Los Angeles. LA also has the Museum of Contemporary Art. The visitors are allowed to enter the premises every Thursday between 5 to 8 PM. The Olvera Street is among the oldest of the city of Los Angeles. The street is rich in fascinating and interesting architecture. It is also full of artists and craftsmen. Tourists can easily stroll through it and enjoy the sights and purchase souvenirs if they want.

Not just art, but science lovers can also enjoy in this incredible place. People can visit the California Science Center in downtown LA. The exhibitions here are permanent and absolutely free of charge. Also there is the Griffith Observatory planetarium which is free to visitors as well.

Taking a tour in Los Angeles is better than driving at your own. There is no shortage of tour companies that can help you in that. A van tour ride is a good option and allows you to relax while someone else is driving. Furthermore, the driver will obviously know the city better than you. So you will be able to see the well known places and get some interesting information on them as well.

Some people do not like the concept of driving around the city. A helicopter tour is very helpful for those who want to see the entire city very quickly. A helicopter tour provides an exciting time and is a memorable experience of your visit. One added advantage of this tour is avoiding traffic. The helicopter may also take you over to downtown LA, Santa Monica, Hollywood, the Griffith Observatory, and even celebrities’ homes. The pilot will guide you through the city and show the prime attractions. However, it is recommended to take a helicopter ride when the whether is clear and nice. Fortunately, LA usually has good weather conditions overall.

There are many other ground tours available too that may be considered. All the tours will surely include all the main and prime attractions of LA.
